Sure there are days when I do feel “ill” but on my good days I focus on feeling good….not on complaining constantly about what ails me that day…so much is said on internet support groups and blogs about how other people don’t “get” it…maybe others just get tired of hearing the constant ” poor me” attitude and complaining. Everyone is dealing with something in their lives…having a chronic condition or “illness” does not give us one up on everyone else. Life is a gift…and no matter how bad a day it is…there is always something good to be found in each day…..try to focus on finding it….

I put pen to paper, 3 year later a novel emerged, which was published and well received, its called Tariku and on Amazon,
a real discovery story of who I was.
