Deodorizing Spray
Do you ever go into a freshly cleaned bathroom and kind of choke on the smell? Some of the bathroom scented sprays are just overwhelming. And artificial fragrances are one of the worst ingredients you can use.
So, make it with natural ingredients!
- 1 cup water
- 10-15 drops lemon essential oil
- An empty spray bottle
Just put the ingredients in the bottle and shake before use. Spray and enjoy the smell! You can of course use different essential oils to your preference. I like the fresh smell of lemon.
Isn’t the bottle cute too? I love the shape of it. Something so simple can make a nice difference in the bathroom.
We keep a tray on top of the toilet tank with some cosmetics on it. It has my aloe moisturizer and homemade hairspray and a little jar of baking soda. Now we’ve added the bathroom deodorizer. It’s the perfect spot for it.
Perfect, right? In reach whenever you need it.
Well, I hope that all these cleaners help keep your bathroom cleaner. If you’re anything like me, you will enjoy cleaning more, not to mention the savings you get from making your own green cleaners.
Let me know how the switch to green bathroom cleaners goes for you!

This is a fabulous list of green cleaners. I’ve been trying to slowly switch over, but my kids keep complaining about the vinegar smell…lol. I even put in the essential oils…maybe I need to add more. Thanks for sharing on Merry Monday Linky Party.
